University Medical Group Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics is a comprehensive plastic surgery practice specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.  Dr. James G. Wallace and Dr. James L. Fowler III started the Division of Plastic Surgery in 2005 to serve Upstate South Carolina’s aesthetic reconstructive and cosmetic needs.  They were joined by Dr. J. Cart de Brux Jr. in 2009, complimenting the existing group with highly specialized craniofacial training. Dr. Terrence Bruner and Dr. John Siddens joined the group in 2011.

Drs. Wallace, Fowler. deBrux and Bruner are certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery to perform cosmetic procedures and reconstructive procedures of the face, head and neck, trunk, and extremities. Together, they offer over 45 years of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery experience.  The Division of Plastic Surgery maximizes patient education and physician-patient interaction to assure understanding and match expectations.
